Each new athletes must submit a copy of their birth certificate and an ACEL Grade Report form. These documents are not submitted yearly. They are only submitted the first year your athlete plays any ACEL sport. The only document required to be submitted yearly is an annual physical for each athlete.

Midstate is part of ACEL and abides by it’s rules and regulations. All varsity Midstate athletes must comply with ACEL’s eligibility requirements which can be found here https://www.theacel.com/uploads/3/7/6/1/37612253/2024-25acel_rules_final.pdf in section 8, page 20.

Click the athletics tab, then select the drop down for the sport or age group that you’re interested in. You will also find contact info for each coach on those pages.

Watch for tryout details by email and on FB. Attend tryouts, wait for notification from the coaches that your child made the team. There will then be a parent and player meeting where the coaches will outline expectations, fees, practice schedules, etc. Finally, you agree to the information presented and pay your deposit.
